Case 2-2021: A 26-Year-Old Pregnant Woman with Ventricular Tachycardia and Shock

A 26-year-old pregnant woman presented at 32 weeks of gestation with cardiogenic shock after cardiac arrest. The troponin T level was markedly elevated, an electrocardiogram showed right bundle-branch block, and echocardiography revealed severe left ventricular hypokinesis. Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation was performed. A diagnosis and management decisions were made.
