Case 11-2021: A 39-Year-Old Woman with Fever, Flank Pain, and Inguinal Lymphadenopathy

A 39-year-old woman presented with tender inguinal lymphadenopathy, flank pain, and abdominal pain associated with fever, night sweats, anorexia, and weight loss after visiting Brazil. CT of the abdomen and pelvis revealed bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy, a right pelvic sidewall lymph node, and a gastrohepatic lymph node. A diagnostic test was performed.
