Orbital Cowpox

A 28-year-old woman presented with redness, irritation, and discharge in the right eye. Two weeks before symptom onset, her pet cat had developed lesions on the paws. PCR tests of swabs from the cats lesions and the patients conjunctiva were performed, and a diagnosis of cowpox was made.
